About PolicyWonders

PolicyWonders is an independent consumer connection platform. We are not an insurance carrier, agency, or underwriter. We help consumers connect with licensed insurance professionals for home and auto insurance.

How you may be connected

1. When you call us. If you call the phone number on this website, your call is connected to a licensed insurance agent or agency that participates in our network. Participating agents and agencies are independent businesses and may include independent agencies and carrier representatives. The agent will state their name and company at the start of the call.

2. When you submit a request form. If you complete our request form and check the consent box, Policywonders may contact you at the phone number you provided. Your call may be transferred to a licensed insurance agent or agency in our network, who will state their name and company at the start of the call. The consent you provide is described on the form.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, compliance, and verification purposes. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice and consent will be obtained before or at the time recording begins. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, you may inform the agent at the beginning of the call.

Who receives your information

We may share your information with: (a) licensed insurance professionals and agencies that handle or respond to your request; (b) service providers that help us operate our website, technology, and call systems; and (c) other parties as described in our Privacy Policy.

PolicyWonders may connect consumers with participating insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, or other insurance providers, subject to applicable licensing requirements, availability, consumer eligibility, and the disclosures presented to the consumer at the time of submission.

The insurance professionals, agencies, carriers, or providers available to a consumer may vary based on the consumer's location, insurance needs, eligibility, and other applicable factors.

Licensing

Participating insurance professionals are required to be licensed to sell insurance in the state where you live.

Your choices

To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell the caller you do not want further calls, or contact us. To make a privacy request or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email info@policywonders.com. We maintain a do-not-call list and honor opt-out requests.

No guarantees

Calling us or submitting a request does not guarantee coverage, a quote, a particular rate, or savings. Insurance products, pricing, and eligibility are determined by the participating carrier or agency.
