California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.
Where such laws apply to Policy Wonders, eligible consumers may have the right to request information concerning the categories of personal information collected, how that information is used, the categories of recipients with whom it is shared, and other disclosures required by law.
Eligible consumers may also have the right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
Where applicable law requires Policy Wonders to provide a dedicated privacy-choice mechanism, such as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” option, we will provide the appropriate mechanism.
